Imvula Estates was established by a professional team with a background in developing affordable housing. Over a period of 10 years the team delivered in excess of 2000 homes.
Our mission is to create unique opportunities for first-time home buyers within the affordable housing market and to strategically utilise all relevant government housing subsidies to assist buyers in owning their first homes.
In partnership with The Milnerton Estates who has a proven track record of over a100 years in property development, Imvula Estates will address the shortage of affordable homes.
